388in Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1  By accessing the 388in platform, completing the registration process, or making use of any 388in Service — whether or not you have formally created a Member account — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with 388in's Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform.

2.2  These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 388in. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and close your account if one exists.

2.3  These Terms are available on the 388in platform at all times. We strongly recommend that you save or print a copy for your personal records at the time of registration.

3.1  Age Requirement. Access to real-money Services on 388in is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. 388in employs age verification procedures and will request documentary evidence of age. Any account found to be held by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant licensing authority.

3.2  One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on 388in. The existence of multiple accounts held by a single individual — whether registered under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3  Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. 388in reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (CNIC), proof of address, and payment method verification.

3.4  Registration Acceptance. The submission of a registration application does not guarantee account approval. 388in reserves the right to decline or restrict registration at its discretion and without providing reasons, in accordance with its licensing obligations and internal risk management policies.

3.5  Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ascertain whether use of the 388in platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 388in does not provide legal advice on this matter. Members accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

4.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388in account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2  You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your 388in account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. 388in shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.3  If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 388in support immediately. 388in will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

4.4  388in will never contact you by email, phone, or chat to request your full password. Any communication purporting to be from 388in and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

4.5  388in strongly recommends that Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 388in shall not be held responsible for unauthorised account access on accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Member.

5.1  Accepted Payment Methods. 388in accepts deposits and withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time, which include but are not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast/1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Online Banking, Meezan Bank, Debit/Credit Card, and Retail Cash OTC. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

5.2  PKR-Native Transactions. All deposits and withdrawals on 388in are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 388in does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any conversion fees arising from the use of international payment instruments are the responsibility of the Member.

5.3  Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the 388in cashier page at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and Member account status.

5.4  Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are conditional upon:

• Successful completion of KYC identity verification;
• The absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds;
• The account being in good standing with no active fraud investigation;
• The withdrawal being made to a verified payment method linked to the Member's account.

5.5  Withdrawal to Original Source. 388in applies a return-to-source policy where reasonably practicable — withdrawal requests will be directed to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made. This is a requirement of 388in's licensing and anti-money laundering obligations.

5.6  Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary depending on the payment method, KYC status, and internal review requirements. 388in targets same-day processing for verified accounts but does not guarantee specific processing times in all circumstances.

5.7  Refused Transactions. 388in reserves the right to refuse or delay any deposit or withdrawal request that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6.1  388in may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

6.2  Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement specified for the relevant promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal.

6.3  388in reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to regulatory compliance, suspected abuse, or technical error.

6.4  Bonus Abuse. The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds, cancellation of related winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms;
• Placing wagers that do not represent genuine gaming activity for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements;
• Using strategies that systematically exploit bonus structures to generate risk-free or near risk-free returns.

6.5  Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other promotional items, or any other consideration outside of meeting the stated wagering requirements.

7.1  General Betting Rules. All bets and wagers placed on 388in are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within the platform for each product category. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable product rules.

7.2  Bet Acceptance. 388in reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of match-fixing, arbitrage wagering, or system exploitation.

7.3  Error Correction. If a bet is placed at an obviously erroneous price due to a technical fault, data error, or human error, 388in reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount to the Member's wallet. 388in will not be liable for any loss arising from such correction.

7.4  Match Results. Sporting event results used to settle bets on 388in are sourced from official governing bodies where available. In the event of a discrepancy, 388in's determination of the result shall be final. Live in-play bet settlements are based on real-time verified data and may differ from broadcast delays.

7.5  RNG Games. All random number generator (RNG) casino and slot games on 388in use certified random number generation technology independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories. Published RTP percentages reflect independently verified long-term return figures.

7.6  Live Casino. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios. In the event of a technical disruption mid-game, the hand or round may be voided and stakes returned depending on the point at which the disruption occurred, in accordance with the live casino provider's specific rules.

8.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 388in platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Using the platform whilst under the age of 21 years;
2. Registering more than one account on the platform;
3. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information;
4. Using the platform in furtherance of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
5. Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's software, odds feed, or game mechanics;
6. Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform;
7. Exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities to obtain funds or betting advantages;
8. Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results;
9. Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent;
10. Chargebacks — initiating payment disputes with your bank or payment provider for deposits validly credited to your 388in wallet.

9.1  388in is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. 388in acknowledges that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic and has built tools and procedures to help Members manage their gambling activity responsibly.

9.2  Self-Management Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 388in Members directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 388in wallet;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single platform session;
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic reminders of time spent and funds wagered during active sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing 388in's real-money services.

9.3  Self-Exclusion. A Member who elects to self-exclude will have their account suspended for the requested period. During a self-exclusion period, 388in will take all reasonable steps to prevent the Member from circumventing the exclusion. 388in will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Members during the exclusion period.

9.4  Operator-Initiated Limits. 388in reserves the right to apply limits to any Member account, or to refuse service to any Member, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member's gambling behaviour is harmful to their welfare. This may be done without prior notice.

10.1  All content on the 388in platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and game assets — is the property of 388in or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2  Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 388in platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

10.3  You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 388in content without express prior written authorisation from 388in.

11.1  388in provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While 388in uses reasonable endeavours to ensure the platform operates without interruption, 388in does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical faults at all times.

11.2  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388in's total aggregate liability to a Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Member to their 388in account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3  388in shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from a Member's use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.4  Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12.1  388in reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• The account poses a risk of money laundering or financial crime;
• The account holder is under the age of 21;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with 388in's dormant account policy;
• A regulatory, legal, or licensing obligation requires such action.

12.2  Upon account closure where no breach by the Member has been identified, any verified cash balance in the Member's PKR wallet (excluding any unmet wagering requirement bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit payment method.

12.3  A Member may request closure of their 388in account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed in accordance with 388in's internal procedures and applicable responsible gaming protocols.

13.1  388in reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members by notice on the platform and/or by notification to the Member's registered contact details.

13.2  Amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the relevant notice. Continued use of the 388in platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3  If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

14.1  These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388in holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the purpose of any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

14.2  Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 388in service, you should first contact 388in customer support via live chat. 388in aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by 388in's licensing authority.

14.3  No class action or representative proceedings may be brought against 388in. All disputes must be pursued on an individual basis only.
